In accordance with USOF rule 19.4 and IOF rule 14.3, competitors who wish to be eligible for rankings and awards, and anyone who will pass information about the terrain to competitors, may not enter any forest lands within 2.4km of the Salmon La Sac trailhead (map) prior to the conclusion of the Salmon Run events, except to participate in Salmon Run events during times those events are open, on roads open to automobile traffic, or to use the Salmon la Sac Campground (map) or other campgrounds to the South.
