Meet Headquarters

We are lucky to have the scenic and heavily wooded Camp IvyDale church camp as our meet HQ and main lodging choice. Camp IvyDale is located on Shaw Gulch road which is a right turn off of highway 21 just past the "Welcome to Idaho City" sign about a mile south of Idaho City. The seven camp cabins hold 15 -24 persons each and provide bunks with mattresses, you must provide your own bedding and towels. People may make their own cabin selections. There are communal shower and restroom buildings and a mess hall with group kitchen. The kitchen may be used by individuals when it isn’t in use for group meals, there is a large refridgerator available. The camp has many amenities including: swimming pool and volleyball court. Full RV hook ups are available for an additional $10 per night. People may also choose to camp in tents on the spacious 25 acre grounds but it is the same price as staying in the cabins. Unfortunately alcohol is not allowed on camp property and we must leave the place clean.

The price for staying at the camp is $25 per person for the weekend. Children under 5 are free. Meals are not provided, however we will be doing a group dinner Sat. night and possibly other group meals but details have not yet been worked out.

The Saturday night group dinner will be spaghetti and chicken fettucini with vegetables, salad and desert for $15 per person. We will also offer a continental breakfast Sat. and Sun. mornings for $6 each. Sandwich makings will be provided in the morning for Sat. and Sun. lunch for $4 each.
